Usui Reiki 1st Degree course is for anyone interested in learning about and benefiting from energy healing for themselves, family and friends.

This level course is also for practitioners of other modalities, such as massage, NLP, osteopathy etc, for incorporating into your current service.

If you're interested in working professionally as a Usui Reiki practitioner this is the first step towards gaining Usui Reiki 2nd Degree certification.

At this one day course, you’ll receive four traditional Usui attunements. This initiation process opens, cleanses and balances three of your higher chakras – Heart, Throat and Crown Chakras. The energy centres in your palms, which are an extension of the Heart Chakra, are also activated, increasing the flow of healing energy through the hands. You’ll experience a sense of increased peace and fulfillment.

On completion of the initiation process  your capacity to access higher frequencies of Universal Life Force Energy - Reiki - is increased, creating a transformational experience.

Consciously connecting and channelling these higher frequencies on a regular basis increases your personal vibrational frequency – becoming more aligned to your true essence.

Reiki works on a holistic level, raising your vibrational frequency, restoring balance of  mind, body, spirit and emotions.
